He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Mann and Ester McVey Mann; and his wife Peggy Mann. He is survived by: his daughters, Mertia Kuertz, Brenda Burcham (Wesley), Cindy Moore and Heather Acey. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
