He is survived by: his wife Patricia Grisham Pannell of Alpine; his children, Pamela Prewett (Steven) of Pleasant Ridge, Timothy Pannell (LeAnn) of Alpine and Jeremy Pannell of Alpine; his siblings, Willie Helton, Linda Roberts, Janie Conway (Mike), Mitchell Pannell and Rickey Pannell (Brenda); his grandchildren, Brittany Cunningham (Adam), Katlin Prewett, Anna Claire Pannell, Bayleigh Pannell, Emma Pannell, Hannah Pannell, Karley Pannell and Kaleb Pannell; and his great grandchild Ellie Kate Cunningham.
