It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert A Franklin of Baldwyn, Mississippi, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Elizabeth Willingham Franklin; and his siblings, Betty Jean McCarley (Bobby) and Larry Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Holt Franklin of Baldwyn; his children, Mike Franklin (Kay) of Baldwyn, Renae Stricklen (Johnny) of Looxahoma, MS, Sherry Rowe (Gary) of Baldwyn and Richard Franklin (Mary) of Booneville; and his close friend Harold Murley. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
