She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Downs and Oneda Davis Downs; and her husband Keith Ballard. She is survived by: her sons, Chad Ballard (Amanda) and Bryan Ballard; her grandchildren, Luke, Laurie, Levi, Addie-Grace and Madelyn Ballard; and her brothers, Stanley and Randy Downs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thrasher Baptist Church (200 Co Rd 1040, Booneville, MS 38829). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
