She is survived by: her husband Harold "Buddy" Rowan of Baldwyn; her daughters, Tina Samp and Sherry Payne (Shan) of Saltillo; her grandchildren, Brittany Samples (Nathan Pannell), Brandie Vance (Jacob), Jacob Payne, Anna Kate Payne and Noel Payne Cannon (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Caleb Vance, Kaiden Vance, Hayden Pannell and Addilyn Pannell.
