He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Chism; and his brother Steve Williams. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Chism of Ripley; his close friend Tammy Wardlow of Baldwyn; and his siblings, Mary Katherine Hollands (Billy) of Ripley and Robert "Smurf" Chism of Baldwyn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
