It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phylis Clouse (Baldwyn, Mississippi), who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert D. Rager; and her daughter Ashley Clouse. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Brown Dykes; her children, Maggie Clouse, Daniel Clouse and Michael Clouse; and her siblings, Helen Waites (Eric) and Scott Rager (Lindy). She is also survived by three grandchildren; host of other family and friends.
