He was predeceased by: his parents, Murrel Lowry and Sue Wood Lowry; his wife Billie Humphres Lowry; and his brothers, Doug Lowry and Ken Lowry.
He is survived by: his children, Misty Jacks (John) of Stewart, MS, Mike Ivy (Donna) of Florence, AL and DeWayne Ginn (Amanda) of Saltillo; his sisters, Linda Payton (Jim) of Indiana and Cynthia Rose (Eric) of Florence, AL; his sister-in-law Kim Lowry of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Hannah Jacks, Liam Jacks, Kelli McAfee (Jim) and Mandy Black (Matt).
