He is survived by: his children, Lisa Weatherly of Baldwyn and Mike Dickerson (Debbie); his brother Jon Lewis (Judy); his grandchildren, Nikki Earrey, Josh of Van Vleet, MS, Jill Crisman, Jake of South Dakota and Ashley Jurrens of South Dakota; and his great grandchildren, Jaylon, Jordan, Silas Earrey of Van Vleet, MS and Evy Welch of South Dakota.
