He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Stephens and Lelia Stephens; and his siblings, Freddie, Johnny, Earl, Nelson Stephens, Dorothy Kerr and Florence Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Nora Mink Stephens of Mtn View, AR; his sons, Tony Stephens (Penny) of Booneville, MS and Eddie Stephens (Anne) of Collierville, TN; his sisters, Pauline Fleming of Baldwyn, MS, Faye Hopkins (Bud) of Baldwyn, MS and Sandra Voyles (Coy) of Baldwyn, MS; his sister-in-law Jean Stephens of Tupelo, MS; his grandchildren, Haylee Smith (Shannon), Carlen Stephens (Sarah Grace) and Hannah Stephens; his great grandchildren, Rylan Smith and Kynlee Smith; and his adoptive daughter Tina Dulaney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
