He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rhynes and Shelby Luther Rhynes; and his siblings, Michelle Roberts and David Rhynes. He is survived by: his siblings, Marie White (Ray), Jeffery Lemons (Virginia), Danny Rhynes of Belden and Kenneth Rhynes (Ruby); and his sister-in-law Janet Rhynes of Baldwyn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
