She is survived by: her children, Willie G. Billups, Cheyenne Billups (Betty), Georgia A. Billups, Bertha L. Stokes (Darnell), Janie Billups and Jerome Billups. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
