He was predeceased by: his parents, Mozelle Rogers and Dave Jr. Rogers; his grandparents, Mattie Mae Rogers and Dave Rogers; his brothers, Quitman Richardson, Robert Garner and Johnny Franks Miller; and his stepsister Deborah Gail Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Rogers; his sons, Shawn Leach (Vicky) of Booneville, MS, Roderick Jacob Rogers of Baldwyn, MS, Shaquille Rogers of Baldwyn, MS and Guan Jugn Hayes of Detroit, MI; his stepson Nicholas Miller (Letarius) of Houston, TX; his brothers, Dale Rogers and Raymond Polk of Nashville, TN; his stepbrother Derrick Ratliff of Booneville, MS; his sisters, Velma Rogers (Jonathan) of Nashville, MS and Neva (Melvin) of Nashville, MS; his stepsister Karen Sue Grove of Booneville, MS; his mother-in-law Annie Jean Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Bobbie Miller (James), Martha Calomese (Murry), Era Dave, Joann Adams, William Miller (Cathy) and Larry Miller. He is also survived by friend, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
