He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Douglas Driver and Juanita Earle Vanderford; his wife Patricia Ann Driver; his grandsons, Samuel Caleb Driver and David Seth Driver; his siblings, Keith Leggett and Patsy Burns; and his brother-in-law Billy Haynie.
He is survived by: his son Samuel Lee Driver; his granddaughters, Lacey Stalnaker (Owen), Hannah Driver (Robert Dunn) and Samantha Driver; his great grandchildren, Eli Mills, Parker Mills and Silas Dunn; his sisters, Wanda Strachan and Stephanie Leggett; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Haynie (Janis) and Bricky Haynie.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clear Creek Church of Christ (5612 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN 37343).
