He was predeceased by: his father Ellis Billups; his grandparents, Esemer and James Billups; his siblings, Mary S. Billups, Robert E. Billups and Ellis C.; his parents-in-law, Willie F. Donald and Lassie Lee Donald; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Billups.
He is survived by: his wife Cassandra Billups; his children, Jerry Billups, Jr. and Sandria Richard (Nyron) of Guntown, MS; his grandchildren, Shikeim, Sereniti and Kaveri; his adoptive son Mitchell Earl Bogan; his goddaughter Saneki Donald; his mother Lena M. Billups; and his siblings, Georgia A. Billups, Bertha L. Stokes (Darnell), Janie Billups, Willie G. Billups and Cheyenne Billups.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Agnew & Sons Funeral Home - Baldwyn (111 W Water St, Baldwyn, MS 38824). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity C. M. E. Church.
