He is survived by: his mother Barbara Kohlheim-Warren (Duane); his former spouse Naketha Hadley; his daughter Hadlee Kohlheim; his wife Amanda Kohlheim; his children, Breunna, Ja'Lancia and Cameron Kohlheim; his grandchild Malashia Darden; his sister Kimberly Kohlheim; his siblings-in-law, Teresa Leviner (Ronald) and Wayne Humphreys (Pat); his stepsiblings, Bridgett Warren, Givinia Causey (Tim), Calvin Warren (Coco) and Aaron Friar; his aunts and uncles, Martha Bolton, Claire V. Stewart, Brenda Grice (Wayne), Mitchell Kohlheim (Shirley) and Larry Kohlheim; and his nieces, Mahogany Scruggs and Essence Warren.
