He is survived by: his mother Tammy Holley; his children, Cash Smith of Booneville, Brylin Mathews of Booneville and Camden Mathews of Booneville; his brothers, Michael Mathews (Meka) of Booneville, Kris Mathews (Anna Beth) of Rienzi and Tyler Boren (Mara) of Booneville; his grandmothers, Diane and McGee (Ellen Bohannon) of Baldwyn; and his extended family Stephanie Garner.
