He is survived by: his wife Pat Neeley of Kirkville; his children, Tim Neeley of Tupelo, Rebecca Walker of Tupelo, Kim Neeley Scott (Brandon) of Baldwyn, Margie Scott of Baldwyn and Wendy Nanney (Jason) of Baldwyn; and his grandchildren, Alison Walker of Tupelo, Sarah-Neeley, Adams (Destyn), Eva Cheyenne Wilbanks of Baldwyn, Brooke Wilbanks of Baldwyn, Elizabeth Scott, Bradyon Scott, Jace, Jorja Michael, Danielle and Rossi Hopkins. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
