He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Waters and Pearl Gamble Waters; his former wife Bernice Waters; his wife Betty Wallis Waters; his stepdaughter Lorie Richter; and his sister Jewel Tapp.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Waters and Mike Waters; his stepson Charlie Wallis; his close friend Bobbi White; and his grandchildren, Kayla Winters, Trish Winters, Taylor Bullard, Teygan Bullard, Carlie Richter, Haley Richter and Tamara Richter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Due to the covid virus private family services will be held and burial will be in the Lebanon Cemetery.
