We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2023, at the age of 66, Jacky Wayne Perrigo (Baldwyn, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Perrigo and Christine Hughes Perrigo; his son Justin Paul Perrigo; his siblings, William Hughes Perrigo and Paulette Perrigo Sims; his nephew Bric Turner; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Sims, Bobby Smart and Janice Smart.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Smart Perrigo; his son Coy Evan Perrigo; his siblings, Don Perrigo (Judith), Rocky Perrigo (Felesha) and Anita Perrigo Gardner (Mike); and his daughter-in-law Molly Roy Perrigo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pisgah Community Church.
