He is survived by: his wife Judy Chism of Kirkville; his children, Ben Chism of Ozark and Brandy Underwood of Kirkville; his siblings, JC Chism (Teresa) of Pontotoc, Kenneth Chism (Carol) of Booneville, Jessie Chism (Rosemary) of Baldwyn, Mitch Chism (Tammy) of Baldwyn, Bill Chism (Brenda) of Blue Springs, Sue Little (Joe) of Arab, AL and Betty Floyd (William) of Cordova, TN; his grandchildren, Layla Jade Underwood, Gavin James Underwood and Dylan Lee Underwood; his sisters-in-law, Pat Chism of Madison and Jan Chism of West Monroe, LA; his niece Karen Floyd of Anna, TX; his close friends, Barbara Melton of Somerset, KY and Amanda Poppelreiter; and his cousins, Connie Houston and Ronny Bishop. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
