She was predeceased by: her daughter Alma Bowdry. She is survived by: her children, Virginia Williams, Charlie Tyes, Bobby Tyes (Wynell) and Mattie Wade; her granddaughter Kela Starks (Jan); and her goddaughter Melissa Ragin-Davis. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
