He was predeceased by: his parents, Lea Illa and Fred McCreary; his aunts and uncles, Lester McCreary, Wallace McCreary, Dank McCreary and Arlena McCreary; and his mother-in-law Luevenie Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Mary "Susie" McCreary; his children, Chris McCreary (Jennifer) of Friendship, Jeff McCreary (Joyce) of Booneville, Marty McCreary (Elaine) of Booneville, Janie Foster (Ben) of Blue Springs and Marla Patterson (Todd) of Blue Springs; his uncle Floyd McCreary of Booneville; his sisters, Janice Rutledge of Booneville, Linda Jackson of Booneville, Pam Cole of Booneville and Lafonda Bell (Kenny) of Booneville; and his grandchildren, Courtney (Jeremy), CJ, Katie (Peyton), Tori, Anna, Joe, Ethan, Haley (Justin), Luke, Jake, Abby, Wendy (Freddy), Jennifer (Mike), Casey and Micki (Nathan). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
