He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Billups and Glen Billups; and his granddaughter T'Kesha Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Asubiaro (Olawale); his siblings, Elsie Elkins, Ada Randolph, Margarett Crump, Gloria Dalrymple (Jerry), Milton Billups, Wayne Billups and Joe Billups (Stella); and his grandsons, Dontae and DeVantae Spearman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
