He was predeceased by: his parents, Jettie Hendrix Wallis and Mescal Arvard Wallis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Faye Wallis; his sons, Bobby Wallis II, Michael Wallis (Allison) of Huntsville, AL and Brian Wallis (Landon) of New Albany; his grandchildren, Sloan Wallis of Atlanta, GA, Mack Wallis, Cooper Wallis, Coleman Wallis, Grae Wallis of New Albany, Colton Zimmerman, Nora Zimmerman, Ruby Zimmerman and Isaac Zimmerman of Huntsville, AL; and his siblings, Tim Wallis (Lisa) of Booneville, Faye Adair of Baldwyn and Carolyn Medlin McVey (Mac) of Baldwyn.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (500 S 4th St, Baldwyn, MS 38824).
