He is survived by: his wife Brenda Pannell of Dry Creek; his children, Kurt Pannell (Penny) of Dry Creek, Christopher Pannell (Amy) of Ripley, Angela Pannell of Dumas and Yvette Ginn of Booneville; his siblings, Pete Pannell and Judy Young (Danny) of Ripley; his grandsons, Jason Fisher, Dustin Roberts (Valeri), Cody Pannell, Colt Pannell, Gage Pannell (Duri), Chase Pannell (Haley), Cole Pannell and Coby Pannell; and his great grandchildren, Collin, Blake, Miller Pannell, Kira Roberts and Alice Pannell.
