He was predeceased by: his parents, Wardell Terrell Sr. and Lillie Bell; his siblings, Vergie Ray Shannon, Juanita Babbitt, Jeanie Ann Terrell, Zeta Lauderdale, Greta Perkins, Frankie Charles Terrell and Wardell Terrell Jr.; his granddaughter Andrea "Faith" Terrell; his great grandchild Journee Terrell; his cousins, Trannie Mae Betts, Betty Walker, Mike Ivory and Melvin Bell; his nieces and nephews, Wanda Shannon, Brenda Ann Shannon, Steve Lomax Shannon and Stanley Babbitt; and his great-niece Jessica.
He is survived by: his uncle Luke; his aunt Cindy Burress of Plantersville, MS.; his wife Mary Ann Terrell; his sons, Michael Terrell (Catina), Robert Terrell Jr. and Shawn Terrell; his grandchildren, Patience, Jaylon, Dae, Trell, Mya, Lexis and Tre; his great grandchild Tru; his siblings, Mary Perkins and John Perkins; his niece Sharon; and his nephews, Benny, Ken Babbitt, Eric Gaston, Frankie Clanton, Rommell (Natalie), Wesley Terrell, Benjamin, Craig (Temeka) and Byron Shannon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Dimension Community Church (107 S Canal St, Tupelo, MS 38801). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
