With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy R. Flanagin (Baldwyn, Mississippi), who passed away on September 9, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, S. T. Flanagin and Virgie Phillips Flanagin; his wife Emily Raines Flanagin; his daughter Billie Marie Mansell; and his sister Virginia.
He is survived by: his son Mike Flanagin (Sherry) of Saltillo; his grandchildren, Kim Raines (Scottie) of Saltillo, Cory Flanagin (Cassie) of Raton, NM, Courtney Kennedy (Jeremy) of Saltillo and Deundre Poole of Saltillo; his brother Thomas Flanagin (Jan) of Saltillo; and his son-in-law Jerry Mansell of Saltillo. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 5 great – great grandchildren.
In leiu of flower the family request that donations be made to the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo Ms.
