He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ratliff and Alice Ratliff; his former wife Joyce Ratliff; and his daughter Judy Boutwell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ratliff; his grandchildren, Albert Boutwell and Elizabeth Christopher; and his stepchildren, Daryl Hammontree and Denise Hammontree.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baldwyn Chapel (527 Southwest Ave, Baldwyn, MS 38824). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
