He is survived by: his children, Susan Polk (Tommy), Henry Massey and Scott Massey (Frances); his grandchildren, Drew Inman (Erin), Lindsey Wilbourn (Jake), Summer Holland (Lee), Allan Polk (Jam) and Hallie Barrett (Phillip); his great grandchildren, Madison Inman, Piper Inman, Tinley Inman, Edith Barrett, Chris Barrett, Jackson Wilbourn and Kennedy Koehn; and his sister-in-law Joy Reyes.
