He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marshall and Martha Voorhees Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Alveta Hogue Cooper; his son Richard Hogue (Janis); his stepson Gary Hogue (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Richard Hogue II and Rikkee Marie Hogue.
