He was predeceased by: his daughter Harleigh Rose Scroggins; and his siblings, Brandy Scroggins and Justin Scroggins. He is survived by: his parents, Terry Scroggins and Rhonda Taylor Scroggins of Ashland; his fiancée Stephanie Gross; his children, Addison Jade Scroggins, Kallan and Kayden Scroggins; his siblings, Bailey Scroggins (Ryan) and Brian Scroggins; and his grandmother Gracie Bruner.
