He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Sexton and Etta M. Orman Stacks; his sons, Ronnie, Donnie and Jerry Stacks; and his siblings, Betty Jean James and Gaylon Stacks.
He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Stacks (Janet) of Ripley and Roy Stacks (Christine) of Ashland; his sister Josephine Thompson (Bobby) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Haley, Christopher, Zachary and Kelly Stacks; and his close friend Lisa Peeler.
