He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Lentz and Sidney Lentz; and his brothers, Thomas Lentz and Don Lentz. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Lentz of Arkabutla, MS; his children, Mary Still of West Memphis, AR, Rebecca Lentz of Arkabutla, MS, Jeff Still of Eudora, MS and Clay Lentz of Arkabutla, MS; and his siblings, Mary Jane Mangrum (Sammy) of Arkabutla, MS, Fern Pollan (Junior) of Brandon, MS, Hazel Crockett (Kenny Ray) of Looxahoma, MS, Phyllis Twilley (Joe) of Senatobia, MS, Lisa Dunigan (Alan) of Senatobia, James Lentz (Barbie) of Arkabutla, MS, Charles Lentz (Linda) of Arkabutla, MS, Johnny Lentz (Mary) of Arkabutla, MS, Mitchell Lentz of Arkabutla, MS and Mark Lentz of Arkabutla, MS. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pate-Jones Funeral Home (4174 Hwy 51 S, Senatobia, MS 38668). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at the Surretts Cemetery (9852 Arkabutla Rd, Coldwater, MS 38618).
