He was predeceased by: his son Charlie Daniel; his parents, Molean Cooper and Laverne Daniel; and his siblings, Hilda Whitehead and Gary Daniel.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Daniel of Arkabutla, MS; his son Chad Daniel (Korie) of Strayhorn, MS; his stepmother Ruby Daniel; his siblings, Cathy Spencer of Senatobia, MS, Connie Everett of Senatobia, MS, Billy Daniel of Arkabutla, MS, Dennis Daniel of Arkabutla, MS and Larry Daniel of Coldwater, MS; and his grandchildren, Leea Hope Daniel, Hannah Grace Woolfolk and Beau Jasper Daniel.
