He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gene, Rita Philips and James Hewett; and his uncle Mike Hewett. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Hewett of Olive Branch and Lee Hewett of Coldwater; his grandmother Nettigene Hewett; his close friend Miranda Davis; his siblings, Alicia Skeen (Kaven) of Southaven, Melissa McEndree (Ryan) of Olive Branch, Jason Hewett (Katrina) and Ryan Hewett (Robbie Veazey) of Southaven; his aunts and uncles, Carolyn Scott (Dick), Jim Hewett (Suzanne), Scott Hewett (Angie), Jeff Philips, Mike Philips and Chris Philips; his nieces and nephews, Ashlee, Pasley, Shelby, Tyler, Tori, Kerry, Austin, Karson, Garett, Dylan, Tristan and Zoey; and his pets, Maggie, Bella and Millie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Philip had a big heart for animals and would have wanted any memorials to be sent to your local animal shelter.
