She is survived by: her husband Calvin Douglas DeLap of Arkabutla; her son Ben DeLap (Cynthia) of Arkabutla; her siblings, Carroll Johnson of Bentonville, AR, Wanda Frick of Chapin, Jerry Phillips of Sherman, Texas and Jimmy Phillips of Sherman, Texas; her grandson Jared DeLap (Ashley West); and her great grandchild Annie Mae DeLap.
