He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley Sue Meggs; and his wife Mary J. Meggs. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Red and Gary Wayne Meggs (Katrina); his brother Earl Meggs; his grandchildren, C. J. Red (Chrissy), Tiffany Red (Shane), Sydney, Garrett and Joshua Red; and his great grandchildren, Asher, Cameron, Silas and David.
