He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Lentz; and his children, Nina Galloway (Tony), Tammy Caroll (Paul), David Lentz (Juanita), Jimmy Lentz (Lisa), Junior Flippo (Mary Jo) and Joe Flippo. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
