With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fran Franks of Arkabutla, Mississippi, who passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dee Franks; her parents, Bob Still and Mary Still; and her brothers, Richard Wade and Bobby Joe Still.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patsy Marie Mangrum Gentry (John) of Marvell, AR, Pamela Renee Lowrimore of Arkabutla, MS and Frances Louise Franks Steinman of Senatobia, MS; her grandchildren, Courtney, Crystal (Ryan), Candice, Katie (J. R.), Sarah, Danielle (Tyler), Nikki and Skylar; and her great grandchildren, Trey, Driston, Elijah, Ayden, Harper, Emelia and Rylie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
