He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Henry, Sr. and Floy Patrick; his son David Hyatt; his siblings, Frances Thaggard, Tula Mae Carlisle, Wynette Yount and Tate Patrick; his granddaughter Taylor Hyatt; and his great grandchild Aven Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Fay Patrick; his daughters, Lanae Sullivan (Kirk) and Tressie Wheldon; his stepsons, Greg Hurt and John Glenn Hurt (Diana); his sister Martha Taylor; his grandchildren, Gavan Young, Grey Sullivan and Terry Hyatt (Ashley); and his stepgrandchildren, Jordan Howle (Jake), Dalton Hurt, Tarin Thomas (Josh), Selby Butler (Caleb), Shea Hurt and Nathan Hurt. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
