He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Malcolm Bankston and Jennie Bankston; his wife Lou; his children, David Bankston, Lawran Richter and Barbara Behrends; his grandchildren, Sarah Bankston, Rebecca Behrends Vander Linde, Ben Bankston, Shannon Richter and Jeremy Richter; his great grandchildren, Jacey English, John Vander Linde and Henry Vander Linde; and also, Beth, Mark and John.
