He is survived by: his wife Ruby Moore Boggan of Anguilla, MS; his daughter Allison Keever (Jerry) of Anguilla, MS; his granddaughter Ainsley Keever of Anguilla, MS; and his siblings, Chesley Boggan (Joyce) of Yellville, AR and Renee Boggan of Mendenhall, MS. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
