He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Jody Perkins of Nitta Yuma, Morgan Perkins (Carmen) of Mooreville and Jake Perkins (Stephanie) of Anguilla; his sister Gale Rivers of Flora; his grandchildren, Jasper Perkins, Jessie Perkins, Joe Paul Perkins, Shelby Miller, Josie Myers, Abby McKay (Rush), Sarah Grace Perkins and Lucy Perkins; his daughter-in-law Natalie Perkins; and his great grandchild Scout McKay.
