He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Bennett Clinkscales; his children, Daphne Ann Branning (Chip) and Bradley William Clinkscales (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Blake Wesley Branning (Shelley), Mallory Branning Edwards (Matt), Tucker William Clinkscales (PatMarie) and Addison Neal Clinkscales; and his great grandchildren, Carly Branning, Mollie Walker Edwards and James Louis Edwards.
Memorials may be made to the Sharkey Issaquena Community Hospital or to a charity of donor's choice.
