He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hall Bohn; his daughters, Jessie Pinkul (Michael) and Kaytlin Bohn; his stepsons, Aaron Parker (April) and Dillon Parker; his sister Sue Dixon (Olga); his granddaughter Ashlyn Pinkul; his parents-in-law, Diane George and Sonny Hall; and his brothers-in-law, Randy Hall (Kathy), Robbie Hall (Charlotte), Amory Phillip Hall (Amanda) and Devan George (Deidra). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be given to a charity of choice.
