He is survived by: his wife Mary Hill; his stepchildren, Huze Irvin Spruill of Aberdeen, John Milton Spruill of Wren, Loretta Mistrot of Florida and Penny Jean Davis of Columbus; his brother James Albert Hill of Greenwood Springs; his grandchildren, Christopher John Spruill and Brittany Kathryn Spruill; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Kyla, Sadie, Jocelyn and Zickland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
