He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ratliff Rooks; his children, Natacia Rooks, Chad Rooks and Jon Rooks (Stacey); his son-in-law Jeff Hall (Angie); his siblings, Doris West (Billy) of Collierville, TN and James Oliver (Betty) of Riverside, AL; his grandchildren, Lauren Voyles, Tiffany Rooks, Tyler Rooks, Merceded Estes, Brooke Kennedy, Keely Kimble, Anabelle Rooks, Parker Rooks, Jack Rooks, Cole, Nicolas Hall, Cami Jo, Channing, Mayze, Jaxon, Ashlynn and Reedy; his cousins, David and Sharon Morris; and his friends, Susan and Phil Jolly.
