He is survived by: his children, Selena Pearson, Andrew Pearson and Emily Pearson; his siblings, Jimmy Pearson (Sharon) of Verona, David Pearson of Shannon, James Pearson of Verona, Debra Smith (Nickey Bennett) of Saltillo, Wanda Hogue (Bill) of Blue Springs and Susan Page of Dumas; his significant other Betty Caviness; and his siblings, Bobby Haywood, Randy Pearson, Patricia Pearson, Margie Morris and Teresa Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
