She was predeceased by: her siblings, Arch Dalrymple III and Jane Dalrymple Whitehead. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Smith Blair of Dallas and Scott D. Guffey of Dallas; her stepdaughters, Pamela Guffey Balser of Dallas and Patti Guffey Jones of Dumas Arkansas; her grandchildren, Jack Blair, Andrew Blair, William Blair, Laura Balser Mangan, Charlotte Balser Pridgen, Anne Jones Williams and Katherine Britt Jones; and also, Robert, Alan Balser and Michael Jones. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, or the charity of one's choice.
